Agreement

By accessing or using Kue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What Kue provides

Kue provides businesses with tools to capture intent signals from website visitors, manage demand data, and trigger notifications when conditions are met. The service includes a dashboard, an embeddable widget, and a notification delivery system.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not use Kue to send unsolicited communications or spam.
You must obtain appropriate consent from visitors before collecting their data through the Kue widget.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Kue may be used only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to collect data from minors, to facilitate illegal activity, or to send communications that violate applicable law including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused periods.

Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency changes at any time.

Intellectual property

The Kue platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Kue. You retain ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
