Why KUE
The workarounds
aren't working.
The internet has three answers to "not yet," and all of them quietly fail. They're workarounds for a missing primitive: a place for future intent to live.
Workaround 01
The newsletter
A broadcast channel forever, in exchange for one answer. The person wanted one date; they got a weekly digest. So they unsubscribe, or worse, stop reading. The one message that mattered drowns.
Workaround 02
The waitlist
One product's queue, built once, for one launch. It can't hold "when you're in my city" or "when the price drops." And for the business, it's another system to build and forget.
Workaround 03
The reminder
"Remind me in two weeks" makes the person do the watching. But the moment doesn't run on their calendar. The slot opens early, the tickets sell out before the alarm rings.
Infrastructure is different.
KUE isn't a better version of those tools. It's the missing primitive underneath them, with three properties none of them share.
Demand-side
The person states the intent, on their terms. They're not a contact in someone's system. They asked a question and they'll get the answer.
Single-purpose
One intent, one moment, one return. No sequences, no cross-sells, no "while we have you." The message is the answer.
Self-expiring
When the moment arrives and the person returns, the intent completes. Nothing lingers. A promise kept, not a channel opened.
What KUE is, and isn't
